Man accused of killing Cass County couple back in court

CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- A man accused of killing a Cass County couple is due in court Tuesday.
Keith Lintz is charged with murders of John and Carolyn Tarwacki. Police found the couple dead inside their Carberry Road home nearly three years ago.
The defense says Lintz has memory problems and is prone to blackouts but last month a judge ruled he's fit to stand trial.
