Man accused of sexually assaulting women at gas station on parole for charges

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - A man accused of sexually assaulting women at a gas station is on parole for his charges, according to court records.

On Tuesday, Bryan Ploughe was sentenced after pleading guilty to three counts of sexual battery as part of a plea agreement.

His charge of rape was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.

Ploughe was sentenced to three years in total for his three charges, with two years and 204 days suspended.

He also received 161 days in jail credit.

Ploughe is now on parole.
