Man accused of stealing camper, possessing meth

CASS COUNTY, Mich. – A man was arrested after he allegedly stole a camper and had methamphetamine in his possession, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported.

At 5 p.m. on Sunday, Cass County deputies were told a camper that was stolen out of St. Joseph County, Michigan, was possibly in the Cass County area.

Deputies found a trailer in the 55000 block of Gards Prairie Road and confirmed it was the stolen camper.

They also found methamphetamine during the investigation.

As a result, a 33-year-old man was arrested for possession of stolen property and possession of methamphetamine.

This is an ongoing investigation.
