Man accused of threatening justices on the Indiana Supreme Court

NEWTON COUNTY, Ind. -- A Newton County man has been arrested for allegedly making threats towards the Indiana Supreme Court, according to Indiana State Police.

David Wayne Goetz II has been charged with two counts of intimidation.

Goetz is accused of sending threatening emails to the justices, calling the court and leaving threatening voice mail messages when the calls were not answered, police said.

Goetz was arrested on Wednesday and booked into the Newton County Jail.
