Man arrested, charged with two counts of child molestation
UPDATE: In December 2023, the court accepted Miller's plea agreement. Miller was sentenced to 12 years with 376 days of credit for one count of child molesting. As part of the agreement, his second charge was dismissed.

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - A man was arrested and charged with two counts of child molestation in St. Joseph County, according to the probable cause affidavit.
Jordan Miller, 37, was charged with child molesting as a level one felony and child molesting as a level 4 felony.
On November 7, the victim came forward and told investigators the abuse took place when she was 13 years old.
She said she did not come forward at the time because the abuse stopped after a few months, according to reports.
On November 7, Miller denied the allegation during an interview with the St. Joseph County Special Victims Unit.
His initial hearing is set for December 20.
