Man arrested for allegedly ramming another vehicle

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call about a road rage incident in the area of US 31 and 14C Road Friday.

The call came in around 8:21 a.m.

According to the report, a driver allegedly rammed another vehicle causing damage to it.

Deputies spoke with 44-year-old Anthony Jamora of Elkhart who told them about the incident involving him and another driver, John Renner.

Jamora told deputies that he was driving southbound on US 31 when the second vehicle pulled up beside him and rammed his vehicle and continued southbound.

A witness to the accident reportedly obtained a license number to the vehicle that left the scene.

The driver was later identified and later returned to the scene.

63-year-old John Renner was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Aggressive Driving, a class A misdemeanor, and Reckless Driving.
