Man arrested for breaking into church, stealing food

ELKHART, Ind. -- An Elkhart man has been charged with burglary after police say he was caught breaking into the Church without Walls around 11:11 a.m. on May 3.

A witness says 32-year-old Paris Wilson threw an object through the front window of the church and stole food from inside. 

He was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony burglary.

Wilson was booked at the Elkhart County Jail and the case is now being handled by the Elkhart County Prosecutor's Office for a review of formal criminal charges.
