Man arrested for manufacturing ricin

TUPELO, Miss. — Authorities arrested and charged Everett Dutschke with developing and manufacturing ricin.
They believe the man is connected with the ricin-laced letters intended to be biological weapons that were sent to President Obama and others.
Dutschke is expected to appear in court on Monday.
