Man arrested for stealing thousands of dollars worth of metal

KOKOMO, Ind.-- Monday night, a man is in custody for stealing nearly $15,000 worth of metal.
Police say 50-year-old Glen Alexander stole the metal from a factory in Kokomo.
Police pulled him over for a traffic stop on U.S. 31 and found the metal inside drums in his truck.
Investigators believe he stole the metal over several months in Kokomo and planned to sell it at a scrap yard in Chicago.
