MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- Kassidy Phipps, of Leesburg, Indiana, was arrested for car theft and for an active warrant out of Fulton County.

On Friday, July 17 at approximately 8:20 a.m., deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to the seven thousand block of Tulip Road for a trespassing complaint. 

Upon arriving on scene, deputies contacted the property owner, who reported the suspected trespasser, Kassidy Phipps.

After an investigation it was found that a vehicle in Mr. Phipps’s possession had been reported stolen out of Michigan.

Mr. Phipps was also found to have an active warrant through Fulton County.

MCSD was assisted by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Mr. Phipps was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
