SOUTH BEND, Ind – South Bend Police officers filed an escapee report Tuesday morning for one of the men arrested in an Elkhart prostitution sting.
As of 6 a.m., police said 43-year-old David Kovacs had not appeared for work release as required at the Saint Joseph County Ducomb Center.
Officers said Kovacs either posted bond or was released from jail after the weekend arrest.
Kovacs was one of ten arrested by Elkhart City Police after a female officer posed as a decoy.
