Man charged in Norway massacre

NORWAY-- Formal charges have been filed against the man accused of killing 77 people in Norway, last summer.

Norwegian officials charged Anders Brevik with committing acts of terror and voluntary homicide.

Brevik has not pleaded guilty, but has admitted to the bomb and gun rampage.

There is some debate as to whether Brevik is mentally competent.

Prosecutors say he was psychotic at the time. His trial is scheduled to start next month.
