Man flashed gun at McDonald's drive thru

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- We now know the name of a man accused of pulling a gun out while driving through a McDonald's drive thru in Mishawaka.
Over night, police said they arrested 25-year-old David Banicki.
He is charged with public intoxication and intimidation with a firearm.
Officers said he drove through the drive thru around midnight at the McDonald's on McKinley and got into a fight with an employee before flashing a gun at her.
Officers said he then took off, but they found him a short time later.
