CMHU releases identity of man found deceased in car

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—The identity of the man found deceased inside of a car on Monday has been released.
Ruben James Waters, 21, was found deceased with apparent gunshot wounds in a car in an alley on the 1300 block of W. Washington Street around 8:30 a.m. on Monday.
An autopsy is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Tuesday in Fort Wayne.
The investigation is active and no arrests have been made in connection with this incident.
