Man injured in early morning shooting

One man was shot early Thursday morning on South Bend's northwest side, according to South Bend Police.
It happened around 2:15 a.m. near the intersection of Blaine Avenue and Van Buren Street.
Officers on scene say the victim was taken to Memorial Hospital and is expected to be okay.
So far, police don't have a suspect in custody.
