SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A 38-year-old Peru, Indiana man was sentenced after pleading guilty to Possession of Child Pornography on July 8, according to the United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of Indiana.

Dex Dilan Willard Jr. was sentenced to three years and 10 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release.

The attorney's office noted restitution has been deferred until that hearing on Sept. 29.

This case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations with assistance from the Indiana State Police.
