Man killed in accident Monday night identified

The Kosciusko County FACT Team is investigating an accident that happened near the intersection of Hasse Court and CR 100 North Monday around 9 p.m.
Deputies say 44-year-old Ronnie S. Zentz was driving a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am eastbound on CR 1000 North when his vehicle slid off the road and struck a tree.
Zentz was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
