Man shot at Olive & Sample dies, suspects charged with murder

The man who was shot in the area of Olive and Sample streets over the weekend has died. The two suspects have been charged with murder.
The victim, Jorge Garcia, was pronounced dead Tuesday morning.
Juventino Vargas-Rodriguez, 20, and Ricardo Ramirez, 21, have been charged with murder.
The St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Office dismissed the attempted murder charges against the pair.
