Man shot on Michigan Avenue in Mishawaka

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A man was injured after a shooting on the 1100 block of Michigan Avenue.
The Mishawaka Police Department says it responded to several calls of gunshots at 9:56 p.m. on Thursday.
They found a 26-year-old man shot in the back and head. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
