Man with suspended license and active warrant arrested
Marshall County Jail MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- A man with an active warrant was arrested for driving under a suspended license in Marshall County Wednesday afternoon.
The driver, 52-year-old Jason Housour, was charged with Driving While Suspended - Prior, Warrant Service.
Around 5:43 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall County officers set out to Michigan Road south of US 6 in response to reports of a possibly intoxicated driver.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, they found a vehicle driven by Housour and initiated a traffic stop.
During the ensuing investigation, the officers say they found Housour to be driving under a suspended license and that there was an active warrant for him.
Housour was taken to Marshall County Jail and charged. His bond was set at $650.
