Manti Te'o still in need of Heisman votes

NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- As the season comes to a  close, time is running out for Manti Te'o to win over Heisman voters.

USA Today said Te'o is second in the race for the coveted trophy.  That's after Kansas State QB Collin Klein.

ABC 57 talked with Coach Kelly about how the Irish linebacker has done an amazing job for the Irish this year and he will be sad to see him go.  When asked about Te'o's legacy the coach said for Te'o the show isn't over.

"You know when those books are written they're written about championships, they're written about the great days at Notre Dame and certainly this has been a great year, but there is more to accomplish and he'd be the first one to tell you this story is not over with," Said Coach Kelly.

Nissan is asking for fans to vote on who it should pick as its official Heisman winner.
