Marshall County man arrested after minor allegedly found with meth in their system

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- A Marshall County man faces multiple felony charges connected to an Indiana Department of Child Services call about meth allegedly found in a minor's system.

50-year-old Steven Nissley is charged with felony Neglect of a Dependent and Possession of Methamphetamine, as well as misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.

The arrest happened July 29. IDCS received a call about a minor potentially testing positive for meth. A search of Nissley's home allegedly turned up meth and marijuana.
