After closure in 2020, YMCA reopens in downtown
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. --The Blueberry Festival is now open to the public from Thursday through Monday of Labor Day weekend.
Thursday marked the opening of the Fifty-Fifth Annual Blueberry Festival after a brief hiatus in 2020 due to COVID-19.
The festival is open Thursday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Monday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Each year the festival organizers choose a different theme hoping to attract regulars and newcomers to Centennial Park. This year's theme is "Faith, Family, Farming".
There is expected to be food from over 100 different vendors and over 300 craft booths available throughout the course of the festival.
“I think people are excited. They are ready to come and eat, see friends and hang out”, one festival goer said.
After a brief break due to COVID-19, guests are once again able to get their fill of everything blueberry.
