Marshall County sex offender accused of failing to register current employment

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. – A registered sex offender was arrested Monday after allegedly failing to register his current employment information, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Randall Kirby is a registered sex offender convicted of child exploitation.

As an Offender against Children, he is required to registered annually or register information changes within 72 hours.

Deputies discovered Kirby did not register his current employment.

On Monday, Kirby was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail where he is being held on no bond for a violation of Community Corrections having committed a new offense.
