Martinsville boy accused of shooting brother now in court

MARTINSVILLE, Ind.-The murder trial against a 12-year-old boy from Martinsville, Indiana will continue today.
He was just 11 years old when prosecutors say he shot and killed his 6-year-old brother inside their home.His lawyer said he didn't realize the gun was loaded at the time, but according to 911 tapes played in court.
The boy told a police dispatcher that his little brother shot himself. The now 12-year-old suspect is charged as a juvenile but still could face several years in detention if he's convicted.
