Mayor Buttigieg serves as headline speaker at YPN Power Lunch

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Mayor Buttigieg was the headline speaker on Wednesday at the Young Professionals Network ‘Power Lunch’.

It was a packed house at the Summit Club on top of the Chase Tower.

The mayor covered everything from abandoned houses to wanting more people at common council meetings.

YPN members said that this is the biggest turnout they have had for the lunch, and they are happy the mayor is a young professional himself!

"It's nice to have someone from our demographic take over this year kind of giving him free reign to talk about his plans and what he would like to see from our group and our help,” said Ryan Fenstermaker of the Young Professionals Network.

YPN is made up of people ranging from 21 to 42-years-old, and is part of the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce.
