Mayor Buttigieg shelves plan to repair Chase Tower

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- For now, the deal is off the table.
South Bend's mayor has officially shelved a plan that would have used close to $6 million to repair the Chase Tower.
The building is currently for sale.
