Mayor Buttigieg to deliver State of the City Address on March 12

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg will deliver the State of the City Address on March 12 at 6 p.m. at the Morris Performing Arts Center.
Free parking is available at any downtown public parking garage after 5 p.m.
