Mayor, police chief address shooting violence in South Bend

South Bend Mayor James Mueller and Police Chief Scott Ruszkowski held a press conference Monday morning to discuss violence in the city.
Over the weekend, a 7-year-old girl attending a birthday party was shot and killed.
