ELKHART, Ind. – Families are invited to join the Elkhart Environmental Center this Saturday in downtown Elkhart for its “Meet Me on Island Park” event.

Admission is $5 per family for the event, which runs from 5 to 9 p.m. at Island Park and features live music, kid’s activities, food, drinks, and vendors focused on sustainability.

Those over 21 can also visit the Five Star Dive Bar for local beer.

Kids can enjoy family-friendly entertainment in the Kid’s Area with booths and activities throughout the event plus a live entertainment program by Indiana Wild at 7 p.m.

While there, visitors are invited to participate in the silent auction and raffle featuring a variety of items donated by local businesses.  

Bike Elkhart will also provide a bike valet at the event. Visitors can ride their bike to the event, get a free raffle ticket, and Bike Elkhart will look after the bike during the event.

Bike Elkhart can be found by the main entrance off of Sycamore Street.
