Memorial to be held for 18-year-old South Bend shooting victim

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Michiana will remember the victim of senseless violence this week.
Thursday there will be a memorial in honor of Charles Roberts III. The 18-year-old was killed at the corner of Adams and Vassar Street.
Roberts was shot several times. Two others were shot in the same location just months ago.
That’s where the memorial will be held on Thursday evening at 5:45.
