SOUTH BEND, Ind -- Michiana natives Jaden Ivey and Blake Wesley were drafted in the first round of the NBA draft.
Ivey, selected number five overall will go to the Detroit Pistons. Blake Wesley is headed to the San Antonio Spurs.
Ivey averaged 15 points during his two years at Purdue.
Wesley will play for one of the most respected coaches in the NBA Gregg Popovich.
Wesley averaged 14 points at Notre Dame.
