Michigan City Police cold case homicide: RJ Winters

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. -
Michigan City Police are seeking tips in the 2007 murder of Robert "RJ" Winters Jr.
On April 1, 2007, Michigan City Police responded to the 200 block of E. Fulton Street around 9:30 p.m. to investigate reports of gunshots.
When police arrived to the scene, they found Winters' body lying on the ground. He had been shot.
