Michigan City Police searching for theft suspect

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. – The Michigan City Police Department needs your help identifying a female suspect in a theft investigation.
Police have provided a surveillance image of the suspect. She has long black hair and seen wearing a white collared short-sleeve shirt with black pants and white Adidas shoes.
