Michigan gearing up for Saturday's game against the Irish

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The Michigan Wolverines are getting ready to hit the road this weekend for their first road game of the season. They’re playing the Fighting Irish.

 

Monday, Michigan head coach Brady Hoke briefed the media at Michigan Stadium.

 

When asked about what they are expecting Saturday night in South Bend, Hoke said his Wolverines will get the best of the Irish.

 

He also said he could see new defensive coordinator Brian Van Gorder's NFL influence in the team after watching the Irish blow out Rice.

 

The game is scheduled on Saturday September 6th.

 

Kick-off is set for 7:30pm.
