Michigan looks to strengthen medical marijuana law

MICHIGAN.-A couple of Michigan state senators are looking to strengthen the medical marijuana law.
They want people to reside in Michigan for one year before getting state permission to grow cannabis.
Michigan State Police say they have had instances where out-of-state residents rent homes in Michigan get approved for a marijuana license then sell the pot in their home states.
