Michigan State Police investigating fatal two-vehicle crash

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. – Michigan State Police are investigating a two-vehicle car crash that resulted in the death of one person.
According to police, the crash happened on U.S. 12 near Carls Road in Fawn River Township.
A Jeep was traveling westbound on U.S. 12 when a Ford crossed the centerline and hit the Jeep head-on.
The man in the Jeep was pronounced dead on the scene.
A female passenger in the Jeep and the man driving the Ford were transported to Sturgis Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash is currently under investigation.
