Michigan State Police identify 'living Jane Doe'

Michigan State Police have identified the woman deemed a "living Jane Doe" when she was found by a hiker in Kalamazoo on Thursday.

Troopers identified the woman as 22-year-old Takai Crute.

She is currently in good health.

When she was originally found in the Al Sabo land preserve, Crute was carrying a garbage bag of clothing and had no identification on her.

Authorities asked for the public's help when, for unknown reasons, police could not communicate with her well.
