Michigan State Police investigating theft of copper wiring in St. Joseph County

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. – Michigan State Police is investigating a report of stolen copper wiring from an agricultural pivot on Hoshel Road.

The theft is believed to have occurred between November 2021 and April 15, 2022.

Several feet of copper wiring were cut and taken along pivot towers in the 17000 block of Hoshel Road in Lockport Township.

The theft caused significant damage.
