Michigan Street Bridge back open for walkers and joggers

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Walkers and joggers can now use the Michigan Street Bridge again.
ABC57 News first brought you this story about the cracks on the hand railing. INDOT crews were called out to survey the bridge after someone called 911 saying they saw the bridge crumbling into the water. The bridge however, is back open.
We're told those cracks pose no danger to people walking or driving on the bridge.
