Michigan teen could get 5 years for gun in school

DEARBORN HEIGHTS, Mich. -- A 19-year-old could get five years in prison because police said he brought a gun to school.

On Tuesday, Robert Perkins was arraigned in a Michigan court.

He is facing several charges, including carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm.

He was arrested on Monday morning after a student at a Dearborn Heights school told a teacher that Perkins was carrying a gun.
