Midwest Energy & Communications reporting over 400 outages

CASS COUNTY, Mich. – Midwest Energy & Communications reports that 473 customers have outages throughout Cass County as of Sunday at 11 am.

The largest outages are in Silver Creek, Calvin, Mason, Fabius, Newberg, Pokagon and Milton Townships. Other areas are also impacted by outages.

MEC said that restorations have proven to be challenging with lines wrapped around trees and poles.
