NOW: Mike Collins, the ’Voice of Notre Dame,’ retires after Saturday’s game

NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- After nearly four decades of announcing Notre Dame football, Mike Collins is retiring. Saturday’s game will be his last game as the public address announcer.

Collins hasn’t missed a home game since 1963 when he was a student at Notre Dame.
