The mild, dry weather lasts through the weekend. Friday, another cold front brings a wind shift to the north by the afternoon, dropping temperatures. Highs hang near 70 Saturday and Sunday with abundant sunshine. Temperatures rise steadily next week, nearing 90 again by Friday. The hot and dry weather will exacerbate the lack of rainfall and likely bring on early drought by next weekend.
