Holiday miracles in Mishawaka
It’s a rainy Tuesday (2’s day… today is 2-22-22!). The rain and mild temperatures, soaring into the mid 50s this afternoon, will make it feel like spring.
Out the door, you'll want an umbrella. There could be a few good downpours at times. Also be prepared to see a little fog during your drive. It's possible to hear a few rumbles of thunder this morning, but we are not anticipating any severe storms.
River levels are still high thanks to recent melting, plus today’s rain. Most of Michiana will pick up between a quarter to half an inch of rain.
It’s breezy today, with wind picking up this evening. A cold front tonight will take us right back to the reality of winter, as temperatures fall into the low 20s.
Wednesday is mostly cloudy and breezy, with temperatures in the upper 20s.
Thursday starts quiet, but a round of snow is likely later in the day and into early Friday morning. A few inches of snow could accumulate, which would make for a messy Friday morning commute.
Friday afternoon is dry, and we’ll continue the quiet weather streak over the weekend and into next week.
Today: Rainy, breezy. High 56.
Tonight: Windy, cloudy, temperatures falling. Low 22.
Wednesday. Mostly cloudy, breezy, and colder. High 28.
Thursday: Cloudy. PM snow. High 30.
