Miller Poultry donates chicken to area food pantries

Miller Poultry donated more than 16,000 pounds of chicken to three food pantries on Tuesday.
The company delivered the chicken to Faith Rescue, Church Community Services and Monroe Circle Church Tuesday.
Previously, Miller Poultry donated 10,000 pounds of chicken to the Northern Indiana Food Pantry in South Bend.
By the end of the year, company officials estimate they will have donated more than 160,000 pounds of chicken to food banks in Michiana.
