SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Beginning Monday, June 8, crews will begin milling and paving Ireland Road between Ironwood Drive and Miami Street as a part of the Ireland Road Pavement Project.

Ireland Road will remain open to traffic; however, motorists should expect major delays and use an alternate route if possible.

Work on this project is expected to be complete by June 26, weather permitting.  The Ireland Road Pavement Project includes paving a 2.8-mile stretch of Ireland Road from the western city limits to Ironwood Drive.
