Mishawaka businessman headed to prison

ST. JOSEPH CO., Ind. -- The owner of Kenneth G. Rare Coins is headed to prison.
On Thursday, a judge sentenced 43-year-old Kenneth Gaipa to two years behind bars and two years of supervised release.
The Mishawaka businessman also had to pay $30,000 in fines and $315,000 in restitution.
Gaipa pleaded guilty to tax evasion, social secuirty fraud, and bankruptcy fraud.
