Mishawaka High School taken off of lockdown

MISHAWAKA, Ind.--Mishawaka High School was placed on lockdown on Monday.

Dispatch officials say the lockdown that began at 1:45 p.m. was in reference to threats made.

No other schools are affected by the lockdown, according to School City of Mishawaka.

An email sent to parents on Monday said the lockdown was no longer active as of 3 p.m.

The threat was determined not to be credible, the email said.

School City of Mishawaka says that the threat is still under investigation.

Students will be dismissed at the regular time, under police presence, the email said.
