Mishawaka man sentenced to 10 years for conspiracy to distribute drugs

A Mishawaka man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute heroin and methamphetamine.

Kenneth Sanders, 39, will also serve ten years probation after his release from prison.

Prosecutors say between October and November of 2018, Sanders and several others conspired to distribute meth out of a South Bend home.

In November, investigators conducted a search warrant at a home in South Bend. Inside the home they located Sanders, four pounds of meth and cash used earlier in the day to conduct a buy with Sanders, according to court records.
